REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

We aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you're not entirely content with your product or service, we're here to assist you within the parameters of Dutch consumer law.

Physical Products:

  • You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
     

Digital Products:

  • Refunds for digital products (e.g., downloadable files, subscriptions) might be possible within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or used.

  • Specific refund terms for digital goods will be explained at the time of purchase.
     

Services:

  • Refunds for services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • If dissatisfied with a service, please contact our support team within a reasonable time frame to discuss your concerns.
     

How to Request a Refund:

Refund Processing:

  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or after agreeing on the refund for digital products or services.

  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.
     

Exceptions:

  • Certain products or services may not be eligible for refunds due to their nature; this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the product or service does not meet the outlined criteria.
